As a proud multiracial Filipina American, my practice is deeply rooted in cultural identity, and my logo reflects that. The golden sun, inspired by the Filipino sun on our national flag, represents not just my heritage, but also a symbol of empowerment.
People work with me when they are ready to reflect deeply within themselves and make an intentional decision to break old habits and generational cycles that no longer serve them, allowing their most authentic self to emerge.

The name “Golden Hour” embodies transformation and beauty. Just like the fleeting moments of the golden hour in nature, each session can be a unique masterpiece of growth, even on cloudy days.
As the sun sets, it leaves behind a spectrum of colors, symbolizing the enduring presence of light even in moments of darkness. This mirrors therapy, where even in challenging times, there is always hope for growth, awareness, and healing.
Virtual Therapy
Life is busy—why add the extra commute? With virtual therapy, you can access the same level of support and effectiveness as in-person sessions, all from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re in college, have kids, running your own business, or on a tight schedule, virtual therapy ensures continuity of care.
In accordance with state licensing regulations, online therapy sessions can only be provided to clients who are physically located in Ohio during the session.
